The ALBDC is dedicated to supporting start-up companies.  We provide quality space, business services and professional links to start-up businesses and entrepreneurs, and have nearly 42,000 square feet of space, which includes a 'state of the art'
commercial kitchen.  Suites in the business center have been left unfinished to meet the demand/needs of the entrepreneur, thus the ALBDC builds 'suites to suit'. 
Rent is based on square footage of the leased space.
