The Albert Lea BUSINESS Development Center (ALBDC) offers nearly 42,000 s.f of space. The business center builds suites to suit and touts a state of the art commercial kitchen. The areas in blue on map above are currently available spaces for lease.

The Mission of the Albert Lea Business Development Center is "to provide quality space, business services and professional links to start-up businesses so that they mature into stable businesses that increase and improve job opportunities for citizens of Freeborn County while also diversifying Freeborn County's economic base."
